For the past few days we have been trying to add sound to our game and finally succeeded today. We used a volume slider to control the loudness of the volume and a play and stop button to make the music actually start and stop.

You really worked hard on this topic and it shows! My only question is in regard to the music. Is this royalty free? On the post of one of your teammates, I read that it is copyrighted. If that is the case you guys should change it.
The music was made by Sega, but they did not copyright it.
